Who we are

This website, ljprecords.ca, is operated by LJP Records Inc., an Ontario corporation (Ontario Corporation Number 1001399729) based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Our content

The content on this site, including text, music, recordings, artwork, photos, names and logos (such as LJP Records, Elsewhere Audio and our artists' names and logos), belongs to LJP Records Inc. or to our artists and partners. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content, names or logos for any other purpose without our written permission.

Music and materials you send us

If you send us music, links or other materials, you confirm you have the right to share them. You keep ownership of your work. Sending it to us doesn't create any agreement, obligation or relationship between you and LJP Records Inc. Any collaboration, release or licence happens only under a separate written agreement.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We try to keep it accurate and online, but we don't guarantee that it's complete, current, error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LJP Records Inc. and its directors, employees and artists are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
